Wicked Safari
Wicked Elementals #2
by Lisa Whitefern
Goodreads blurb: To stop an all-consuming evil, they must dive
headlong into all-consuming lust.
Wicked Elementals, Book 2
The Reluctant Were-Lion
Turned
into a were-lion against his will, billionaire Arlan Leonard deals almost daily
with two sources of mounting frustration: his inability to control his tendency
to shift at random, and his on-again, off-again relationship with sinfully sexy
alpha male Jay Nandoro.
His Ambivalent Lover
Friends
with Arlan since they were teens, Jay can’t deny there’s something between
them. But while Arlan seems certain that committing to a sex-magic ménage with
a female part-Fae will stop an evil force that’s been kidnapping half-fae
children, Jay isn’t so sure.
The Half-Fae Scientist
August
Peak dedicated herself to a life of science, determined to forget the havoc her
Dark Fae mother, Duvessa, has wreaked in her life. But when her professor
practically drags her to Zimbabwe to study lions in the wild, she is ensnared.
The
sizzling tension among the three is surely magic. But when the Dark Fae
discover the threat, bullets fly on the African veldt. And coming
together—mind, body, and soul—is their only chance for survival.
Warning: Explicit
m/m/f scenes, hot male/male scenes, steamy magic that generates an enchanted
tower, poacher dodging, kidnappings, and outdoor sex on the hot African
savanna.
About the Author: Since she came of age Lisa Whitefern has embarrassed people
by talking about sex. Now she writes the hottest of erotic romance and erotica.
Lisa has a life-long passion for fairy tales and fantasy. Ever since her teacher read The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe to her class when she was six, Lisa’s been looking for ways to visit Narnia.
Lisa thinks it immensely unfair she can't wiggle her nose to clean her house like Samantha in the TV show Bewitched.
She has a master’s degree with honors in English Literature, reads tarot cards and tutors children of all ages in English after school.
Although born in New York City to American parents Lisa has lived most of her life in New Zealand. She now lives in the foothills of the beautiful Waitakere Ranges of Auckland with her husband and her two gorgeous sons.

My Thoughts - 4 out of 5
Unicorns - I really liked it!!!
***Received a copy of the ebook for
an honest review via Netgalley
The
cover is beautiful. The lion looks so
majestic and everything else looks smoldering :) The cover is what grabbed my attention to
look at the book :)
Okay
this book is definitely adults only!!! So,
this book has ménage and m/m parts, so make your decision to read accordingly
:) Obviously, you can read book 2
without having read book 1 because that’s what I did. It is definitely stand alone, but it has
intrigued me to want to read book 1 for sure ;)
I
do not read many multiple partner books.
I guess it is one of those things everyone looks at as forbidden, but I
try not to let anyone color my reading habits.
If a book intrigues me, I will read it.
I
like the world and reasons for this that Lisa created in her half-fae world in
this series. This is my first time
reading one of her books. And I
definitely liked it and will read more. She
writes all sorts of action, self-turmoil/drama, and intrigue into the that had
me wanting to never book the book down.
I wanted to read it all in one sitting, but I gave up and succumbed to
sleep in the wee hours of the morning and then woke up and finished it :)
August
is an amazing character, and I really liked her. She has come through so much, and she has
this amazing strength. Don’t get me
wrong she has her bouts with self-doubt like we all do, but she doesn’t let it
stop her. Her boys Jay and Arlan have
just as many hang ups. They are just as
wonderful characters with their strengths and mission.
The
story comes alive with the words and descriptions. Very steamy scenes that almost melted my
reader screen….Wow!! I definitely need
to read more from Lisa.
I
recommend this book to shifter lovers who don’t mind multiple partners and
m/m/f.
