Sweet Dreams
Halle Pumas #2
by Dana Marie
Bell
Goodreads blurb: Sweet dreams can easily become nightmares.
Getting attacked by some crazed she-devil, complete with claws and fangs, certainly wasn't on Rebecca Yaeger's agenda when she agreed to attend a local masquerade. In a few slashing moments, Becky learns things about her friends and the man she loves that she never would have suspected.
When Simon rescues Becky from an unprovoked attack by one of his Pride, he finally confirms what he's long suspected: she's his mate. Carrying her off to his home and dressing her wounds gives him the chance he's been waiting for--to taste her and mark her as his. And she's far sweeter than anything, or anyone, he's ever had before.
Just as their problems seem a thing of the past, a strange illness begins to haunt Becky, threatening to turn their sweet dreams into a nightmare.
Warning: This title contains explicit sex, graphic language, Godiva chocolates and a tall, dark and handsome shifter.

About the Author: Dana Marie Bell wrote her first short story when she
was thirteen years old. She attended the High School for Creative and
Performing Arts for creative writing, where freedom of expression was the order
of the day. When her parents moved out of the city and placed her in a Catholic
high school for her senior year she tried desperately to get away, but the nuns
held fast, and she graduated with honors despite herself.
Dana has lived primarily in the Northeast (Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, to be precise), with a brief stint on the US Virgin Island of St. Croix. She lives with her soul-mate and husband Dusty, their two maniacal children, an evil ice-cream stealing cat and a bull terrier that thinks it’s a Pekinese.

My Thoughts - 5 out of 5
Unicorns - I loved it!!!
***I choose what I read and review
based on what intrigues me!! I bought this book, but no one tells
me what to think, feel, or write about any book! I own the whole set!
The
cover has me torn because I like the models way better, but I still wish there
was a puma on the cover!
This
is the 2nd book in the series.
I recommend reading them in order because it just makes it better!! This is still for adults only due to the
steamy content and violence. This is a
quick read only 79 or so pages.
This
is Becky and Simon’s story. I like both
of these characters! They have
chemistry, and there are weird things going on with Becky, so there is a
mystery. There is a short recap at the
beginning of the end of book 1. Dana has
a great mix of action, mystery, romance, and treachery to keep you engaged in
the story. I loved it!
I
highly recommend to any shifter fans who want action and a HEA! I can’t wait to read more!!!
Interested in reading???
See my review of The
Wallflower!!!
