**Gifted to me by the author for an honest review

Okay I was anxiously awaiting this book because I’m not very patient when waiting for sequels from books I love :)  Elisabeth was a sweetheart and gave me an arc review copy, and I totally did the girly squeal :)

Wow, this book was action packed, and I loved every second of it except when it ended way too soon.  Haddie is amazing with her courage & protectiveness.  She will do anything to keep her brother and his love safe.  She refuses to allow him to suffer the way she has.  Will she figure out a way to keep them all safe from her father??  There were definitely some surprises along the way, but I’m not spoiling it for you (you have to read it to see what happens!!) I’ll just mention that now she has even more to worry about.

Elisabeth’s writing is beautiful and vivid.  I have no trouble imagining what happens because of her writing style.  It amazes me that someone so young has such a way with words.  I teach high school, so it makes me admire her and her work all the more.  I need to get her other series read, but I haven’t had the time yet due to other commitments (but they are already bought and ready to read)!

Thank you Elisabeth for sharing with me :) Now I hate to say, but hurry with book 3 because I really need to know what happens next (but no pressure)!!! ;)
