Review @cynthiaeden - Wicked and Wild by Cynthia Eden (Bad Things #7)

Wicked and Wild
Bad Things #7
by Cynthia Eden

Goodreads blurb:  She was wicked…

Everyone knew that Valerie Storm was the baddest bit—um, witch on the block. She might look like Snow White, but she had the heart of the wicked queen. She turned her enemies to ash, she danced on their graves, and she had to be stopped. But who could stand up to someone so wicked?

He was wild.

Griffin Bastien was the most powerful shifter to ever walk the earth. His claws had sent plenty of his foes to the grave. Bloodlust burned fast and hard within him, and when his beast took over, there was no stopping him.

Then Wicked met Wild.

Neither of them believed in love. And neither of them ever expected the firestorm that ignited when they kissed. But some things—some people—can’t be controlled. The need that Valerie and Griffin feel for each other, the white-hot lust, will change their world.

Even hell doesn’t burn this hot.

Too bad that Griffin has been keeping secrets. Too bad that he is the original assassin sent to destroy Valerie. Because when she finds out the truth, there will be no greater fury than a wicked witch betrayed. Even the biggest, baddest beast might discover that he’s absolutely lost when a witch casts her spell, and he will be willing to do anything to reclaim the mate he never expected.

Buckle up, it’s gonna be a wild ride.

Author's Note: WICKED AND WILD is a complete, stand-alone story that is set in the world of my "Bad Things" paranormal books. Expect a sexy alpha, a very fierce heroine, and hot times ahead.

My Thoughts - 5 out of 5 Unicorns - I loved it!!!

***I choose what I read and review based on what intrigues me!!  Yes, I received a review copy of this book, but no one tells me what to think, feel, or write about any book!  I bought this book and own the whole series!  I need to get on the ball and read the ones I’ve missed in this series!

The cover is tame, and you would never guess it is a paranormal book!

This is the 7th book in the series, and it is for adults only due to the steamy content.  Yes, you can read this book as a standalone, but I’m guess that it would be even more awesome reading the series in order.  I haven’t read Mora and Leo’s story yet, but now I want to.

Every book I’ve read my Cynthia Eden to date, I have loved.  I think I’m going to have to read everything I have in my library by her (25 in my kindle library and paperbacks too but I haven’t counted those yet) because her books are complex, action-packed, page-turners that are just amazing!

This story starts in a dungeon with a dragon and a crazy witch.  It starts with action and never stops.  Griffin doesn’t seem like he lets himself be open to relationships, and he stumbles along the way.  Valerie hides behind a mask, so you learn bits and pieces about the real her which is hidden behind a crazy evil mask.  Griffin was stupid a couple times where he hurt Valerie, and Valerie was a mystery that was an adventure to learn about.  I loved every minute of this book.  I can’t wait to read the books I’ve missed because I know they will be more adventures.

I highly recommend to any paranormal fan because this series has everything!  There are witches, magic, Fate, shifters, Medusa, Djinn, and so much more that you will love!  I can’t wait to read another book!
