The cover is a work of art!
This is the 2nd book in the series, and it was just as awesome on book 1! While you don’t have to read them in order, I highly recommend it because everything is just better when you know the history! This book is for adults only due to the steamy content, and beware this sorcerer will bewitch you!
Kerrelyn Sparks is one of my favorite authors! You might wonder why I don’t have more reviews of her work. I’ve loved her work since before I started reviewing especially the Love at Stake series! I need to go back and read them and write reviews, but there are so many amazing books releasing daily that I haven’t had a chance yet!
This book is Brigitta’s story which started when Luciana makes a prediction from the Telling Stones in the last book. Brigitta and Sister Fallyn go on an adventure at sea. I love Brigitta’s feisty personality! Rupert is like Robin Hood, and that’s all I’m going to say about that! Rupert and Brigitta make a great team together even when they don’t see it! This book has action galore and so much adventure that I couldn’t put it down. I can’t wait for the next book!
I highly recommend to anyone who read book 1 and like it, but I think any paranormal fan will enjoy this book because it has shifters, visions, magical powers, competition, and so much more! I love this series!
