Royal Guard Tiger
Shifter
Kingdom #2
by Zoe Chant
Goodreads blurb: A free-spirited backpacker longing for a
home + a tiger shifter on a mission + the stolen heart of a secret kingdom = a
sizzling magical romance!
Tiger shifter Tristan of the Royal Guard of Valtyra has been sent out on a mission to find Miss Poppy Zlotsky, sister of Valtyra’s new Crown Princess. The mission would be challenging enough if it were only a matter of finding the footloose Poppy, but he’s also been told to lure her back to Valtyra without spilling too many secrets about shifters, magic, and her sister’s newfound royal status. On top of all of that, as soon as he meets Poppy he realizes that she’s his mate. He just has to woo her before all those secrets come out and scare her away...
Poppy Zlotsky has been wandering the world for more than a year, but she's starting to get tired of the endless traveling--and even more tired of being alone. When a tall, dark, mysterious stranger helps her out of a tight spot, Poppy is swept off her feet and into a world of magic and intrigue. But she's hiding a few explosive secrets of her own ...
Tristan and Poppy are drawn to each other from the moment they meet, but their secrets could tear them apart. Will Poppy learn to trust her mysterious stranger, and can Tristan learn to open his heart to his mate?
This is a red-hot magical tiger shifter romance. No cliffhangers!

My Thoughts - 4 out of 5
Unicorns - I really liked it!!!
***I choose what I read and review
based on what intrigues me!! Yes, I got a review copy of this book, but no one tells me
what to think, feel, or write about any book!
I also bought my own copy!!
This
is the 2nd book in the series, but when I started reading it I didn’t
know. You do not have to read them in
order, but I bet it would have been better if I did. I do plan to go back and read book 1. This is for adults only due to the steamy
content.
Poppy
is definitely intriguing, and I love how she sticks up for her friends and
protects them. It makes me curious about
the people I hear about that backpack around Europe. Tristan is way too buttoned up, and I guess
sort of tense. Poppy has a good effect
on him. I liked reading their story, but
I think I would understand more if I had read book 1.
I
recommend this book to all the tiger shifter fans who want an out of country
experience!
