The Pegasus Marshal's Mate
U.S.
Marshal Shifters #2
by
Zoe Chant
Goodreads blurb: Her new beginning is off to a bad start…
Tiffani's first marriage was a disaster. And now her first day of her new life as a court reporter has involved a jackass judge, a bomb threat…and a sexy silver fox of a US Marshal. One who tempts Tiffani to give up her new determination to prove she doesn't need a man. But if she's going to show everyone she's more than just air-headed arm-candy, she can't just fall into those gorgeous, muscled arms…right?
Pegasus shifter Martin thought he'd never find his mate. After losing his wife, he gave up on love entirely. But one look at Tiffani and he knows he needs this smart, funny, gorgeous woman. All he wants is to give her the romance she deserves—and the protection she just might need.
Between the trial of the century, petty dictator bosses, and a senior citizen flash mob, Tiffani and Martin will have to steal time for their second chance at love. But who better than a pegasus shifter to sweep a woman off her feet?

My Thoughts - 5 out of
5 Unicorns - I loved it!!!
***I choose what I read and review
based on what intrigues me!! Yes, I received a review copy of this book, but no one tells
me what to think, feel, or write about any book! I buy all of Zoe Chant’s books because I love
her HEAs and her style of writing! I
will be buying this one too when I can!
The
cover is gorgeous! I love the Pegasus tat
on his chest!
This
is the 2nd book in the series, and I would definitely read the first
book before this one because you really get a perspective on Tiffani and her
situation in book 1 that adds to book 2.
This series is for adults only due to the steamy content.
This
book did not have as much action as book 1 did, but it was a nice mix. I admire Tiffani rebuilding after everything
she went through in book 1, and I love that she gets her HEA in this book. Martin is awesome and a Pegasus shifter; what’s
not to love!! There is a major case at
the court house, but weird disturbances have been happening. Tiffani and Martin set out to figure it out
before something major happens. I can’t
wait to see whose story is next!
I
highly recommend to any shifter fan who loves a great mix of shifters with
romance, mystery, action, and a HEA ending!
