Leaping
Into Love
Callahan's Pack #2
by S.M. Freed
Goodreads blurb: Shawn had always dreamed her mate was out
there somewhere, but after being held as a sex slave, she gave up hope. Taking
care of two orphans was all the future held for her now.
While rescuing a group of women and children, Remy never expected to find his mate. He hoped it would be a smooth courtship, but the danger is still lurking in the shadows.
Will fate take Shawn away from him before he can make her his?

***I choose what I read and review
based on what intrigues me!! Yes, I got a review copy of this
book, but no one tells me what to think, feel, or write about any book! I
bought this book and can’t wait for more!
This
is the 2nd book in the series, and it is for adults only. This book does continue to touch on sensitive
topics of abuse to women and children and how they struggle to move past
PTSD. I highly recommend reading this series
in order, so you understand the pack’s history and struggle. This book is longer about 100 pages.
Wow,
loved this book, and it had me crying several times both for and with the
characters. So much happening in this
book, and I learned so many new things about this world and the characters like
about Royals and Kiko. Remy and Shawn
are amazing to and for each other. I
love how they are with the kids, and it makes me happy when kids are happy
especially after what they all went through they all deserve some kindness and
happiness. They only thing I didn’t like
was that it ended because I wanted more.
I can’t wait to for the next book to see if Shelly and Kiko get their
happy ending too!
I
highly recommend to anyone who love shifters of all kinds and a complex story
of finding your way to happiness!
