Review - The Moon's Pull by Beverly Torres

The Moon's Pull
by Beverly Torres

Goodreads blurb:  Quentin Blackstone, an old werewolf has come to Hanson, Wyoming to stop his childhood friend from killing the humans. What he didn't expect to find was the beautiful detective, Samantha Woodrow on the case. She stirs passions in him he thought long ago forgotten. But when he looks into her emerald green eyes, his insides sizzle.
Samantha Woodrow knows something beyond passion is happening when she touches Quentin. She can feel him whenever he is near, and the pull of him is so strong, she senses he might be her soulmate.
Can Quentin stop his friend from killing Hanson's inhabitants and find the love he has for hundreds of years denied himself? Will the secret Samantha's grandmother told her when she was little help or haunt her as her desire for Quentin mounts? Only time will tell, as the Moon pulls these two lovers to their destiny.

About the Author:  I apologize, but I couldn’t find any information about this author.  This is a first for me.

My Thoughts - 4 out of 5 Unicorns - I really liked it!!!

***I choose what I read and review based on what intrigues me!!  Yes, I got a review copy of this book, but no one tells me what to think, feel, or write about any book!

The cover is interesting and what drew me to this book.

I have never read this author before, and at this time, it is not indicated that this is a series.

This is a quick read at only 67 pages long, and it is for adults only due to the violence and steamy content.  This is an interesting story that starts with a murder scene.  Both Quentin and Sam are drawn to each other and both have interesting stories.  There is trouble happening in town, and they both want to stop it.  I don’t want to give anything away, but it did keep my interest, and I wanted more.  It will be interesting to see if this author writes more in this world because I would definitely check it out because there are some remaining questions or possibilities based on the ending.

I recommend this to wolf shifter fans who also enjoy where goddesses are involved!
